Qualifications

Since he was seven, Bobby's always felt more sensitive to others around him, later realizing he was Empathic. At the time, however, he didn't necessarily associate his ability to tap into the feelings of others with being psychic and never thought there was anything especially unusual about himself. His parents divorced by the time he was thirteen and he was out on his own at an early age. This is when his journey of self-exploration began in earnest.

His philosophy has always been, How can you teach or guide someone through what you have not gone through yourself? To that end, he became an avid student of the Sedona Method, and eventually became a coach. For him, it has proven to be the most direct way to bring about healing and relief of even long standing issues. He has since taught numerous courses and put together many workshops on the techniques used in meditation, focusing on the inner journey that empowers us. He employs meditation tools, such as those found in the book and movie of the same name, "Tapping the Source." John Selby, the book's notable author, certified Bobby in his methods, and they are currently working together to conduct presentations and workshops around the world.

Police agencies have asked Bobby to assist them in locating missing persons and he has been invited as a guest expert on various television programs. Working with thousands of people over the years has brought him exactly the type of experience he's needed to assist clients who've either lost someone close to them or can't find their way past their own limitations.

Experience

For over fifteen years, Bobby has been reading for clients in private sessions and for wide audiences, as well. His path of self-exploration began in his early twenties, just before he became a Police Officer. Zen practice and his training to become a black belt in Aikido was, he believes, the groundwork for the type of work he provides today, although he didn't know it at the time. As a cop, he faced unusual experiences surrounding death, and there was always that feeling of something greater than himself at work during those times. Years later, he hosted his own morning television show on NBC for eight years. It was then that he observed John Edward at work on television and it changed his life forever. Seeing the healing take place and observing the connection between John and the other side lit a fire within him. All of the pieces of his life suddenly came together. He simply knew he could do this sort of work and began working with his abilities, developing them till he was satisfied. He worked on seeing, hearing AND feeling the messages. Capturing just some vague information about the other side wasn't good enough for him. Bobby also began studying Reiki and eventually became a Master, which he believes really gave a kick start to his abilities. Eventually, he began engaging in more energy work and even started to travel and demonstrate his abilities in galleries, much in the same way that John works. He did so until he eventually developed his own style, while always studying and exploring his own true nature. This is where, he believes, we all connect with Source.

Bobby has studied for several years and has become a coach in the healing technique of the Sedona Method and a teacher of the "The Master Process" by world renowned author, John Selby. He and John have become fast friends and it is his book, Tapping the Source, that is the basis for some of his meditation techniques. His book, by the same name, is also a hit movie which was a follow-up to the wildly successful movie, The Secret. Bobby decided to follow his passion and move to California to expand on his talents, combining his love and skills in television with his intuitive abilities. Four months after moving to Los Angeles, he received an offer for a television show in the UK called Conversations with a Serial Killer. Who would've ever imagined his talents would be used to explore the mind of serial killers? If he'd known the direction he was headed, he might've never pursued his gifts! Bobby has also been asked to host several other programs, incorporating his unique talents, mostly in European countries.

He has been called "America's Leading Psychic" by Ghost Magazine and also by Sky 1 and Living Television in the UK. While he appreciates the kudos, he hasn't forgotten that the true meaning of his work is to enable his clients to pursue their own empowerment and to provide relief and healing in very powerful ways.

Personal

Bobby currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children, a six year old girl and a two year old boy. When he's not traveling and working, he enjoys the life of a stay-at-home dad. He has made Disneyland his second home (He confesses they have started greeting him by name at the gate!) The family also spends weekends at the beach or driving around various locations in California like regular tourists. Coming from the Midwest, all of this is still pretty new for them and they still enjoy the touristy hotspots. The fuel that keeps him going and is the secret to his power is Starbucks coffee. Okay, not really. But, there's absolutely nothing like sitting out on the porch and enjoying a coffee on a clear California morning.
